Measuring and testing ability

The company has obtained the laboratory qualification approved by CNAS, and can carry out FOPS, TOPS and ROPS performance testing of construction machinery cab. The company has obtained five types of measurement standard certificates, namely, vernier, micrometer, indicator, torque wrench and pressure gauge, and can carry out self-verification of five types of measuring instruments.

The company can also carry out the physical and chemical properties of metal materials (material, hardness, metallographic) and mechanical properties (tensile, bending, impact work) testing, surface treatment of salt spray test, hydraulic components cleanliness testing.

Introduction of Metrology Standard

The length measurement has been equipped with grating indicator versifier, cylindrical angle ruler, level versifier, gauge block, micrometer and other measurement standards. It can carry out maintenance and verification of length instruments such as vernier measuring tools, micrometer measuring tools, indicator measuring tools, level instruments, angle rulers and other angle measuring instruments.

Medium torque wrench tester, large torque wrench tester, gas pressure gauge tester, pressure gauge tester, four standard weights, etc. Can carry out a variety of torque wrench, pressure gauge, small and medium-sized weighing instruments such as repair and verification.

Type of testing material:
Can detect all kinds of steel, iron, stainless steel, copper chemical composition of the element content.

◆ Metallographic analysis
Uses: Metal material tissue morphology inspection, internal defect analysis, such as microcracks, slag, segregation, carbide, etc., quantitative analysis of carburizing layer or hardening layer depth, grain size rating, spherical rate, etc.

◆ Hardness test
Application: Brinell hardness is suitable for annealing, normalizing steel parts, castings, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, especially for softer metals, such as lead, aluminum, tin and so on. Rockwell hardness can be used for the inspection of semi-finished products or finished products with higher hardness. Vickers hardness is mainly suitable for measuring the hardness of various surface treatments or coatings, as well as the hardness of smaller and thinner workpieces.
Note: For the hardness testing of large workpieces and assembly parts, the Richter hardness tester shall be used for on-site testing by the quality inspector.

◆ Mechanical property test
Automatic pendulum impact testing machine, used for steel at room temperature or low temperature impact test. The universal material testing machine is used to test the tensile strength, yield strength and bending test of the material.

◆ Salt spray test
Purpose: Used for corrosion resistance test of metal substrates or parts with decorative or protective metals and inorganic coatings.

Test Capability
At present, it has a comprehensive test and commissioning field of nearly 50000 ㎡ in Shanhe, which can carry out functional verification, performance evaluation and working condition simulation test projects of the company's full range of products. The indoor test area with more than 5000 ㎡ mainly includes: engine bench laboratory, key hydraulic components (pump, valve, motor) laboratory, hydraulic cylinder laboratory, hydraulic system comprehensive laboratory, hydraulic impact mechanism characteristic parameter test and analysis laboratory, core electronic components environmental adaptability laboratory, cab environment laboratory, GPS remote monitoring and service application laboratory and other 14 basic laboratories and complete machine test preparation area, the total value of more than 40 sets of key test equipment exceeds 22.8 million yuan. In particular, the completion of the high-end hydraulic components and complex system test bench at the end of 2017 has greatly improved the testing capability of various high-end hydraulic components, power matching and energy loss analysis and testing capability of various complete machine systems.
