On May 16, 2021, the general contracting construction project of a group with an annual output of 120000 tons of recycled electrolytic lead cleaning technology transformation project undertaken by Zhongji Shanhe Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully ignited at one time. With the smooth offline of the first volume of cathode lead, it marked that the process flow of the project was officially opened.
The project is located in Heping Town, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Anji, Huzhou, where General Secretary Xi proposed that "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains". At the same time, as the leading enterprise of lead-acid batteries in China, the project owner is very strict with the project plan and environmental protection requirements. Changsha Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., a joint stock company of Zhongji Shanhe, adopts reasonable and atmospheric workshop layout, uses international advanced lead electrolysis technology with equal ears and large plates, adopts full-automatic lead cathode and anode preparation unit and full-automatic cathode and anode spacing unit, and designs various high-standard and high-specification equipment such as multi-stage plastic burning environmental dust collection device with emission standard ten times higher than the national standard, which will greatly optimize the working environment for workers, directly reduce the labor capacity of operators by more than 50%, and realize zero discharge of sewage and wastewater from the project. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project within 10 months, the "double T-plate" structure roof with a span of 34 meters was innovatively adopted. At the same time, through 30 continuous hoisting and installation day and night, the project progress was shortened by more than one month, demonstrating the company's courage and determination to build the project into an industry benchmark on schedule with good quality.
The successful completion of the project is the first domestic application of large-plate lead electrolysis technology in the treatment of hazardous and waste lead-acid batteries, and it is also a firm and extremely important step for Zhongji Shanhe to enter the resource recycling industry. The recycling of lead-acid batteries is one of the important starting points for mining urban mines and realizing "carbon neutrality" and "waste-free city.
