After years of experience, Zhongji Sunward Technology Co., Ltd. and CINF Engineering Corporation Limited have developed proprietary technology and complete sets of equipment for the characteristics of hydrometallurgical tail gas, which are applied to the treatment of pressure leaching system exhaust steam, so that it can be discharged after reaching environmental protection standards. Specially designed for the "non-condensable gas and steam mixture" discharged from the pressure leaching system, the washing efficiency reaches more than 99%; the complete set of equipment integrates the functions of liquid storage, gas-solid centrifugal separation, and multi-stage washing. It has the advantages of compact structure, high washing efficiency, not easy to block, convenient maintenance, safety and reliability. At present, the technology has been applied to non-ferrous metal smelting, steel plants, new energy raw material smelting enterprises.
