On May 16, the general contracting construction project of Zhejiang Tianneng Group's annual output of 120000 tons of recycled electrolytic lead cleaning technology transformation project undertaken by Zhongji Sunward Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully ignited at one time, and the first volume of cathode lead was successfully rolled off the production line, marking the official opening of the whole process of the project.

Changsha Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. adopts reasonable and atmospheric workshop layout, uses international advanced lead electrolysis technology with equal ears and large plates, adopts full-automatic lead cathode and anode electrode preparation unit and full-automatic cathode and anode electrode spacing unit, and designs various high-standard and high-specification devices such as multi-stage plastic burning environmental dust collection device with emission standard ten times higher than the national standard, which will greatly optimize the working environment of workers, directly reduce the labor capacity of operators by more than 50%, and realize zero discharge of sewage and wastewater from the project. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project within 10 months, Zhongji Sunward innovatively adopted a "double T-plate" structural roof with a span of 34 meters. At the same time, through 30 continuous hoisting and installation day and night, the project progress was shortened by more than one month, demonstrating the company's courage and determination to build the project into an industry benchmark on schedule with good quality.
The recycling of lead-acid batteries is one of the important grips to achieve "carbon neutrality" and "waste-free cities.
