On April 29, Changsha Science and Technology Bureau organized experts to conduct on-site acceptance of Changsha Science and Technology Major Special Project "Key Technologies of Zinc Clean Smelting and Serialization and Application of Major Complete Equipment" jointly undertaken by Zhongji Shanhe and Changsha Nonferrous Institute.

The expert group listened to the reports of the main members of the project team on the implementation of the project, reviewed the relevant materials, and checked the application of automatic zinc stripping complete sets of equipment on the site through WeChat video connection. After on-site inspection, inquiry and discussion, it was agreed that the implementation of the project had completed the assessment indicators agreed in the contract, in particular, outstanding achievements have been made in the key technical indicators of core equipment, achievement transformation, intellectual property protection, and personnel training, and the project has passed the acceptance.

The project "Serialized R & D and Application of Key Zinc Cleaning Technologies and Major Complete Sets of Equipment" was established in January 2017. After three years of research, design, manufacturing, application and technology optimization and upgrading, the project team has successfully developed 3.2 ㎡, 2.6 ㎡ and 1.4 ㎡ series of automatic zinc stripping complete sets of equipment, realize the zinc cathode plate efficient automatic loading slot, transportation, pre-stripping, stripping, washing, stacking and palletizing, zinc stack output, as well as the anode plate transport, cleaning and shaping, etc., to solve the zinc smelting electrolysis workshop labor intensity, poor working environment, low production efficiency and other industry problems, social and economic benefits are remarkable, the market prospect is broad.
