On December 18, the complete set of equipment for melting zinc ingot palletizing automatic line constructed by Zhongji Shanhe Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully completed and ready to go!

 

 

All the staff of Zhongji Shanhe manufacturing base work together to overcome difficulties, carefully organize and make overall arrangements, formulate scientific and rigorous construction plans, arrange special personnel to follow up and inspect, strictly control the quality, and effectively guarantee the product quality. By refining the production process, we can ensure that each process is constructed in strict accordance with the process design requirements, and the production task is completed on time.

 

 

The whole project lasted for 7 months, with more than 400 parts, a total power of 1360KW and a total weight of nearly 40 tons. The production line can complete the production task of 50000 tons per year with only 4 workers, which greatly exceeds the level of the same industry in China. At the same time, the level of intelligence, precision and greening has reached the highest level in China.
